Terms of Use

The Young Foundry is a learning community for children aged 6–16. Children under 10 must have an account created by a parent or guardian. Children aged 10 and over may register themselves, but the account only activates after a parent approves it.

By creating or approving a child's account, the parent or guardian confirms they consent to the child using the platform and agree to remain responsible and accountable for the child's safety and activity, and to supervise their use as appropriate.

We expect everyone to be kind and respectful. Content is safety-scanned, and posts that break our community rules may be removed. Parents are notified of safety flags.

For safety, usernames must be creative pseudonyms — not the child's real name. Usernames are permanent once chosen.
